Relaxation / Swedish Massage: Drift away with a relaxing back & neck massage, or over indulge with a full body relaxation massage. Reward yourself your body will love you for it.
Holistic Massage: Aids relaxation by stimulating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, sometimes called the “rest and digest system.” Blood pressure decreases, your heart rate slows, and digestive activity speeds up. Holistic massage also increases blood circulation and stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, which carries away waste products.
Indian Head Massage: By Massaging Upper back, Shoulders, Neck, Face & Scalp Indian Head massage helps release the knots of stress, releases the build-up of tension, relieve eyestrain, Ease migraines, relieves emotional stress, Calms the spirit and relaxes the mind and brings balance.
Couples massage: Where two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend & boyfriend, same-sex partners, mothers and daughters, fathers & sons or best friends. Something nice to do together.
Therapeutic Massage: if you have specific problem areas, usually having a series of regular massages to ease the area of concern focusing on a goal with less pain and more mobility
Sport Massage: Achieve optimum performance in your Sporting Genre – Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons and can be beneficial for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. – Loosen your muscles pre and post your sporting event.
Deep tissue massage: is similar to Relaxation / Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
